D33 Terms & Conditions — Usage Policy & Membership Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the d33 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform — whether through the d33 website, mobile app, or any other channel — you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

D33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

D33 is an internationally licensed online betting platform. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions or the platform will be governed in accordance with the directives of d33's licensing authority and applicable international law.

To register with d33, the following conditions must be met. d33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to comply with these requirements.

Registration Eligibility

• Registrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• If multiple members of the same household use accounts from the same device or IP address, d33 must be notified in advance.

Account Verification (KYC)

D33 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) at any time. Members may be required to provide a photo of their national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

Password & Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify d33 immediately. All activity carried out under an account is the sole responsibility of the registered member.

All financial transactions on d33 are processed through a secure and transparent system. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit ৳200 (for bKash and Nagad).
• You must provide the correct transaction ID when making a deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such funds will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• All withdrawals will be made exclusively to the member's own registered payment account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC is completed.
• Winnings generated from a bonus are subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal.

Currency & Conversion

D33 supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and USDT (TRC-20). The exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies to all USDT transactions. d33 does not charge any additional fees for currency conversion.

D33's bonus and promotion offers are designed to provide extra value to members. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

Turnover Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a turnover (rollover) requirement. For example, if a bonus has a 5x turnover requirement and the bonus amount is ৳1,000, a total of ৳5,000 must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.

Bonus Restrictions

• Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and any associated winnings.
• D33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus is available to each member once only. Any attempt to claim the bonus using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.

All bets on d33 are governed by the applicable rules and regulations. Please read the relevant game rules carefully before placing any bet.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless d33 approves it under exceptional circumstances.
• Odds displayed in the system are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• D33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect odds.

If a Match is Cancelled or Suspended

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, d33 will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with the applicable sports rules. d33 will not be held liable for any bets missed due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.

Maximum Win Limit

D33 sets maximum payout limits for different markets. No payments will be made beyond these limits. For more details, please contact d33 Support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d33. Any violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

If d33 detects any suspicious activity, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be launched. Should fraud be confirmed, all transactions will be voided and legal action will be taken if necessary.

D33 places the highest importance on the privacy of your personal information. We never sell your data to third parties. However, we may be required to share information in response to lawful requests from regulatory authorities.

What Information Is Collected

• Personal information provided at registration (name, phone number, email).
• Payment transaction details (amount, method, timestamp).
• Platform usage data (login time, device information, IP address).

D33 believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We want every member to enjoy our platform in a safe and healthy way.

Self-Control Features

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24–72 hours.
• Reality Check: A feature that reminds you of your playing time at set intervals.

D33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any reason. Accounts will be closed in particular under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registration under a false identity.
• Prolonged inactivity (no account activity for more than 1 year).

If You Wish to Close Your Account

If you wish to cancel your d33 membership, please notify the d33 Support team. Withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed. All valid balances will be returned, provided the terms and conditions have been met.

D33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
